As a special response to the holiday going on in the great US of A, I have a challenge for the fitness industry and those taking part in any way shape or form.

Do Something Awesome today. Don't just BE grateful for something, SHOW you're grateful.

Gratitude is an attribute that helps you recognize the strengths and weakness in your life. Gratitude helps you understand the forces in your life guiding you and helping you become a better person. These forces, these people and colleagues deserve more than just kind words and good vibes from the dinner table. They have supported you, lifted you up, brought you back to reality, accompanied you when you needed someone most.

The talents you pursue to develop are the precise reason these people have been there for you. So why leave those talents on the wayside. Show your gratitude by using your strengths and talents. Put them to use by helping someone out, Teaching some how to better themselves, or even just by taking some time to try and make your talents better.  Go Train, Do a workout, Go for a run, or just Do something worthwhile to make yourself and everyone around you stronger!

Around the festivities there is always some time to enjoy a training session. Time is one of the most precious commodities that this life doesn't provide much of, and in all honesty, these holidays are often the perfect time to get that extra bit of work in needed to take yourself to the next level and make worthwhile the sacrifice others have given for you and in your behalf.

You don't need a gym, you don't need to put anyone else to work, a little bit of open space, some music and BAM, you have the perfect environment to become Stronger
