One of the biggest problems with living here in South America is the unreliability and lack of accessibility to the Internet... With my particular job and the running around I do, It's becoming more and more of a crap shoot if I am able to get online. So for the time being bare with the inconsistency. My Heart and Spirit are 200% focused on this project and I have every intention of making it the very best I can for you guys.
Never forget to revisit your goals and remind yourself WHY you are working so hard day in and day out. It's always good to have a clear picture in your mind of the things you are going to do to accomplish your goal. Don't just plan your workouts with a pen and paper, plan them with your mind and imagination. Picture yourself lifting your sets, the form of your lifts and exercises. Visualization is a tremendously underrated tool for athletes that can help you achieve even greater results. Create a clear picture, DESTROY your workout with that picture, and then do it in real life! Nothings impossible if you're willing to work hard from the ground up...
