We go through life with many adversities and challenges... mentally, physically and spiritually. The main reason why I preach a balance of those three BIG aspects of one's life. As life throws it's various walls, obstacles, and dead ends what can you do to get back on track? Many people find every excuse in their mind to justify stopping, leaving the fight and conceding to something insignificant. Will you let this happen? Will you settle? I know everyone has a goal, everyone wants to get somewhere and too many people give up on achievement when the path is deterred for a brief moment. When it comes to life... be it in the gym, in school, your relationships, your business, a project, you can't stop, the world is filled with so many people who start things and the reason the world has come to the state it is in is because the world has very few finishers. So infrequently people dig into themselves and find the drive to accomplish anything. The largest epidemic in our world is simply the idea that settling is sufficient. Don't settle. You can become a better person, and stronger, every day.
Enough of my ranting, it's been a difficult week. Back from vacation, straight back to life, and a thrashing to welcome me back. But it CAN'T and WON'T keep me down. Standing tall after being knocked down teaches more than just a good children's lesson, it teaches men to rise and acquire something greater than themselves. Back at it!
