Happy Thursday dudes and gals! Sticking with my theme for the next while, I just want to remind you all that what you're about to do will count for making you stronger. If you make the decision to sacrifice and put in your heart and soul to what you are going to do, it will make a difference and make you stronger. The greater the effort, the greater the return. Just remember that this particular kind of return is not an instant one. This is an investment of strength and time, and the gains are only determined by the quality and consistency of the investment you put into it. It takes time to amount, but it does if you stick with it!

Chest and Arm Destruction!
Warm-up: 15 jog, stretch, joint rotations
Perform each group as quickly as possible with as little rest as possible, then wait 5-10min between groups
Push-ups 4x25
Curls (w/Rband) 4x30
Dips 4x20
Lateral Raise 4x20
Incline Push-ups 4x15
Close Grip Curls (w/Rband) 4x20
French Curl 4x30
Front Raise 4x20
Plyo Push-ups 4x10
Arnold Curls (w/Rband) 4x20
Tricep Pull-down 4x30
Chinese Push-up 4x10
Cool Down: 15 job, foam roller, stretch
