It's Friday... and you know what that means? It means it's a damn good day to end the week the way it started, with an awesome workout. There are no rest days for the dedicated and progressive. Each day has a purpose and takes them to the next step in their advancement. I encourage all to take advantage of Friday as a way to end the week on a great note setting up the weekend with good habits and strong actions.

Warm up: 15 min jog, stretch, joint rotations

Superset: x3
-Squat jump x15
-Rockets x15 each leg
-Single leg Calve Raise x40
-Thrust ups x25
-Burnout x100

100m lunge walk fwd and bwd

50m sprint x4

Cool down: 15 min jog, foam roller, stretch/ice bath.
