One of the worst things that can happen to someone, and unfortunately happens too often, is when they never try something because they waited too long to act and the opportunity passed. The sad reality is that too many people let this happen too much. They are presented with all kinds of opportunities and they sit and ponder instead of mustering the courage to act. There is an evident lack of motivation that needs to be addressed. And the first step, is taking that first step towards a new goal.

We live in a massive world with a vast population and there isn't a single person in this world that could not use some self-improvement. It's time not to respond the opportunities knocking, but rather create your own opportunity and become a stronger, better person.

Key to starting and continuing on a efficient fitness program is finding the right routine to follow. It's not as hard as it seems. The key to the perfect routine is one that First catches your attention, Second it's objectives agree with the the image and goals you have, and Third it is progressive. There are so many different routines to follow, and thinking about the "perfect" one will only frustrate you and impede progress. Key to getting up and going is doing something and after you establish the habit of doing something, specialize. Don't try to do more than you are able. Start from the ground up. Dominate the basics and set yourself up for a constant progression and success.
