In all honesty, when you go train or complete an exercise routine the whole point is to become stronger in some kind of aspect. Stronger in aesthetics, in power, speed, or whatever your goal may be. Here's something to keep in mind when pursuing this lifestyle.
Pain is required to become stronger.
I know most people don't want to hear this, but pain is the essence of increase. In your body, in order to create adaptation in the muscle they must be torn down in the particular way that fulfills your goal. Most people think this is figurative. It is not. This breaking down of the muscle fiber is as literal as you can imagine. Your muscle literally become subject to micro tears so that they must repair themselves, and the body in its infinite wisdom builds itself back stronger and more resilient due to the adaptations it makes to overcome the previous challenge placed on it. So in conclusion, if you don't hurt after workouts, more often than not you did not push yourself hard enough to elicit muscular adaptation.
Always strive to do more. Invest in your life. Hard work, sacrifice, time commitment, and education. These things will make you a little stronger every day.
