Champions aren't made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them—a desire, a dream, a vision.
-Muhammad Ali

Champion, a very interesting word, one that many take instantly in context of athletics and sports.  But what about becoming a champion of life? Champions in my mind, do have something special inside them, there is a drive to push and triumph that many others do not have.  At the same time I do feel that anyone can become a champion, they just have to develop the physical and mental attributes, and this, depending on the person, is a lifelong quest to becoming a champion.

It's the end of February, a little bit of time has passed since New Year's, but I'm going to start this off with my goals for the year, a way to hold myself accountable for the things that I want to do.

I always try to have 3 goals to focus on every year. but these three goals will influence my life as a whole. A physical goal, a mental goal, and a spiritual goal.  It's always been my belief that you must have a balance in these three aspects of life to feel right.  And here are my three goals.

Physical- Run PR's in the 200, 400, and 1 mile. Join a legitimate Soccer Club

Mental- Earn the highest GPA I've had at college thus far this semester, graduate from college with a 3.6

Spiritual- Create a habit to read my scriptures and pray daily.

Here I go, making myself accountable, I have a year.
