Warm-up: 15 min stretch, jog, joint rotations

30 sec to 1 min between sets... Key is getting this routine done as fast as possible (Min 30sec rest)

Single Leg Calve Raise 3x20 ea leg
Mountain Climbers 3x100
Single Leg Squats 3x15 ea leg
Burn-outs 3x50
Standing Leg Extension 3x15
Squat Jump 3x15
Calve Press 3x20
Wall Sit 3x90sec

Abs (3min ab routine without stopping)
-i.e. 1min crunches, 1min jackknives, 1 min bicycles

Cool Down: 15 min stretch, jog, joint rotations
