To start this Daily Conditioning session off, I need to say that I haven't forgotten nor gotten lazy about EVERY DAY! All that need be said is that certain things in life are outside our control and need to be dealt with. I am committed to this and will give everything I can to make sure you get your workouts.
Without any further delay... here is the rotuine:
Warm-up/ Stretch 15 min
Superset x3
-Incline Push-up x25
-Resistance band (RB) curl x25
-Resistance band bent over row x25
(RB) Lat Pull-down 4x25
(RB) tricep pull over 4x30
(RB) Upright Row 4x25
(RB) Seated Close-grip Curl 4x30
Abs: Be Creative, 10min NON-STOP
Don't be afraid of any workout, or any training. Attack it like this is the last workout. Every day is a test to see if you can make it to tomorrow. Don't get ousted, don't get left behind.
